Completely re-built sagging stairs including cutting all new stringers and adding a 3rd stringer. Used pine treads and risers instead of the mdf they had, and jacked up the landing to add additional support and level back out. Replaced all the lvt and bullnose on stairs. Finished with foambard insulation under the stairs and landing. Looks like when we started, just now level and structurally far more sound.
