Banister, doors and trim

Replaced the entire banister with box newels, modern railings, baluster rail and iron balusters with caps and shoes. Patched and painted all stairway wood work. Replaced all casing and baseboard on the main upstairs area and replaced downstairs doors including all staining and finishing. Also painted all casings downstairs.
